Perspective building
Iconic building – Westminster Bridge Rd
The Brief:
To update and up-lift the reception area and common parts leading to the flats in a contemporary minimalist style. Also create a brand/logo for the building.
Concept design
As there is a lot of glazing to the building we created a colour scheme in-keeping with the exterior to make a cohesive design for the whole building using hardwearing finishes giving a bright, modern, minimalist feel.
For the access corridor to the flats we created wall art of all the iconic buildings in London and included our building in the line-up. With a strip of light directed on the artwork we created a shadowed/3D effect. The doors to access the flats were designed in keeping with the style of the building.
We also worked alongside a branding expert to create a logo for the building.
