Modern multi tenanted building.

The Brief:

Working to a tight budget; update the reception area to create a clean modern entrance and concierge desk. To undertake the design, refurbishment and project management of the installation.

Design Concept:

To work within the available budget we kept the existing tiles and shaped the floor area leading from the car park to the lift to make a designed feature where partitioning had been removed previously.

We designed a bespoke reception desk with solid Walnut timber countertops and trims with a lighting feature for an ambient glow in the evening. We included bespoke Walnut timber doors giving a clean, bright contemporary finish. No seating or accessories were required for this project.
